Consulting Projects
Are you interested in company analysis, market research studies or implementation design? The Business Administration students at FHS St. Gallen can perform these tasks for you, enabling you to profit from an outstanding cost-benefit ratio. Additionally, you will be making a valuable contribution to the practical training of our successful future managers!
During their studies, our students complete over 240 practical projects per academic year, for both businesses and public institutions, as we believe that the theoretical knowledge acquired in seminars should be applied directly to practical cases. Consequently, 20% of their studies is spent in practical environments - with you, doing these so-called ‘consulting projects’!
Students complete these consulting projects:
· either individually or in teams
· as paid practical jobs
· for companies and public institutions
· in the subject areas of company analysis, market research and management design
· by spending between 250 and 1,000 hours of work per academic semester.
FHS lecturers provide their expertise when coaching these teams of students.
Our students benefit from a real practical component in their Bachelor studies while the clients receive concrete results in response to their questions.
The project results are required to be:
· scientifically substantiated,
· methodically based,
· able to be directly and practically implemented,
· developed in a cooperative and motivated manner with the clients.
The Knowledge Transfer Unit (WTT-FHS) is responsible for the marketing, acquisition, controlling of project implementation and debriefing of all consulting projects.
